CORPORATE MEMO TO CUSTOMERS

RE: LEAKING BOTTLE CAPS

It has come to our attention that a certain number of bottles were filled and capped in our factory with the wrong bottle caps.

AQC Group’s World Headquarters in the United States currently has two different types of bottle capping systems – heat sealed, and pressure sealed. 

Apparently, one of our cappers was using the heat sealed caps in a production line that was not going through the heat sealer.  This, of course, caused an imperfect seal between the seal and cap.  This, in turn can cause some leakage when the toners are sold by our distributors and shipped to their customers. 

While only small amounts of toner actually leak out of the bottles, it does cause a mess, along with aggravation and dissatisfaction with the product. The toner in the bottles is still good.  It is not contaminated in any way, and will work just fine. 

We have determined that all of these bottles were sent to our distributors in Moscow, to be distributed throughout Russia. It is important for everyone to know that this is an issue with GENUINE AQC TONER, and in no way means that the product is counterfeit or not genuine. 

Since AQC Group stands behind all of our products, we will make good to our distributors, any claims made because of this problem.  All AQC Group distributors in Russia have been given authorization to handle any reasonable and verifiable claims with their customers.  If you have experienced this problem, please contact your current AQC distributor.
